Proof without naming clients

Results, kept anonymous

We share industry, region, approximate size, and outcomes, not company names or logos. That gives buyers real context without putting client relationships on a public billboard.

Professional services · Calgary, AB

~40 seats

Stabilized day-to-day support and cut recurring ticket backlog within about 90 days after onboarding monitoring, patching, and a clear escalation path.

Multi-location retail / operations · Nova Scotia South Shore

Small multi-site team

Moved from ad-hoc break/fix to scheduled remote + on-site coverage so stores were not waiting on a single in-house “IT person” for every outage.

Field / industrial office · Fort St. John, BC

Growing regional office

Hardened remote access and backup checks for a team that splits time between office and field work. That meant fewer surprise mornings where nobody could get into systems.

Local service business · Canada (remote project)

Owner-operated

Replaced an outdated brochure site with a clearer lead path (services, quotes, contact) so inquiries were easier to route without renaming or listing the client publicly.

Storefront / fleet branding · Western Canada

SMB

Coordinated vinyl and design quotes into one production path so branding updates did not stall behind unclear scope or mixed IT vs creative tickets.

How does IT coverage differ between Barrington Passage, Calgary, and Fort St. John?+

Barrington Passage is our headquarters and only public storefront. In Calgary and Fort St. John we provide managed IT support, including helpdesk, remote and on-site computer help, Microsoft 365, backups, and practical cybersecurity, along with web design. Those cities are service areas without a public walk-in address. Eligible Canadian businesses can also get remote managed IT.

When do you come on-site versus fixing things remotely?+

Remote support fixes many software, account, and configuration issues without a visit. On-site support is for hardware, cabling, or office work that cannot be finished remotely. We try remote first when it is safe and faster, then schedule on-site in Barrington Passage / South Shore, Calgary area, or Fort St. John area.
