Background on Walt’s Produce Sales Inc.
As a locally family owned business in Calgary, Walt’s Produce Sales Inc. has been in operation for over twenty years. Walt’s Produce are importers of specialty produce from around the world, and a distributor for the Wholesale trade in Alberta. In addition to importing your needed produce, Walter, Ann and their team will repack the product to your specifications with the intent of saving shrinkage, spoilage, and repacking costs. From exotic fruits like mangosteen and dragon fruit, to tri-color baby cauliflower and truffles, Walt’s Produce will be able to meet your needs.
Issue encountered
At the point where IT Real Simple was called to step in, it had already been three days that the server was down for Walter and his team. Given that produce in general needs to be dealt with in a timely matter, Walt’s Produce was in a bind now that their server was down. In hopes of meeting their delivery deadlines to their customers, Walt’s Produce reached out to IT Real Simple based on word of mouth. ITRS was able to figure out the problem and have Walt’s Produce up and running the next morning. This timely response allowed Walt’s Produce to meet their delivery promises and have their business back up and running. Over the course of the next couple days, IT Real Simple monitored the server to ensure it was running smoothly. Although Walt’s Produce and ITRS did not meet in ideal conditions, both companies had a mutual understanding of the importance of finding a solution as quickly as possible.
