These terms cover your use of itrealsimple.com (the "Site"), operated by IT Real Simple Inc. ("we", "us"). Our storefront and headquarters are at 3515 Nova Scotia Trunk 3, Barrington Passage, NS B0W 1G0. Calgary (AB) and Fort St. John (BC) are IT and web service areas with no public shop. Remote IT is available Canada-wide.

These website terms do not replace a signed service agreement, quote, or statement of work for managed IT, web, laser, signage, or other paid work.

Using the site

You may browse the Site for information about our services. Do not misuse the Site: no scraping that overloads our servers, no attempts to break security, and no posting of unlawful or harmful content through our forms.

Quote, contact, newsletter, and support forms are for real business inquiries. Spam and automated abuse may be blocked (including with Cloudflare Turnstile).

Services described online

Pages describe our offerings in plain language. Availability, pricing, and scope depend on your location and a written quote or agreement. Barrington Passage is our full-service storefront (IT, web, laser, signage, hardware). Calgary and Fort St. John are IT and web service areas only. Canada-wide remote IT is a separate channel.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials belong to IT Real Simple Inc. or our licensors. You may share links to public pages. Do not copy large portions of the Site for commercial reuse without our written permission.

Third-party links and tools

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Nova Scotia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these website terms, except where applicable consumer law says otherwise.
